Refund Policy

Donations to Keep Cape Town Warm are generally non-refundable as funds are deployed quickly into active winter relief programs. We do, however, recognise that genuine mistakes happen.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date.
• Duplicate or incorrect-amount transactions will be refunded in full.
• Unauthorised transactions will be investigated and refunded if confirmed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@keepcapetownwarm.life with:

• Your full name and the email used for the donation
• Date and amount of the donation
• Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
